QASSS BECOMES A BAND OF BUILDERS PATRON PARTNER

We would like to welcome QASSS to our Patron Partner programme – and thank them for the £1,000 donation for joining forces with us.

QASSS is a leading resolution service provider to the home improvement sector. Through its Dispute Assist service, it supports tradespeople with any complaints, disputes or claims they may encounter, ensuring that any stress involved is alleviated and that tradespeople get the right information in order to resolve their differences with customers.

It’s a multi-award-winning company that provides fast and cost-effective business solutions when things go wrong or to prevent the escalation of issues, including complaint handling, alternative dispute resolution and claim management.

QASSS provides a safety net for those working in and working with the industry, including contractors and installation companies, manufacturers, financial institutions, housing associations, insurance companies, brokers, insolvency practitioners, membership organisations, home builders, energy companies, local authorities, and retailers.

QASSS Managing Director Ciarán Harkin said: “We are so happy to have found Band of Builders. We have always been interested in officially supporting a charity, and to have found one that supports people in their time of need, within our sector, is just awesome. QASSS is proud to become an official patron, and we look forward to supporting increased awareness of the charity and providing support where required.”

Our CEO, Gavin Crane, is delighted that as a charity that completes practical projects to help members of the UK construction industry who are battling illness or injury, we are attracting support from more businesses that want to work with us.

“Ciarán’s comments bring home how vital it is to offer support to the UK construction community through projects, support for people in financial crisis and wellbeing support through our Big Brew campaign,” said Gavin. “We offer a big thank you and a warm welcome to QASSS, and we look forward to working closely with them.”
