As a direct result of our 2021 'Big Brew' campaign we are proud to be able to support members of the UK construction industry who are struggling with their mental health and wellbeing.

From Tuesday 1st March 2022 (the same date that Band of Builders registered as an official charity back in 2019) 'The Big Brew counselling service will be available anyone within the construction industry who needs support.

About 'The Big Brew' Counselling Service

Our dedicated Counsellor is a registered member of the BACP and an integrative counsellor. 

She works with many different clients from children and young people to adults and couples. 

She has also worked in many different settings, from alcohol and substance abuse rehabilitation centres to working as a school counsellor in primary education right through to college graduates. 

Are you experiencing any of the following?

Our trained counsellor has experience working with clients who are experiencing abuse, addiction, anger issues, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, depression, loneliness, personality disorders, relationship issues, self-harm and feeling suicidal, trauma and work-related stress, as well as many other presenting issues that would benefit from therapeutic support. 

Our counselor is based in Lincoln but don’t worry if you’re not local, counselling can take place in person, by phone or online via a video call service such as teams or zoom.

The Construction Industry Text Support Line

New to our wellbeing service in 2022, we are proud to support members of the UK Construction sector by providing a free 24-hour text service offering support and guideance from a trained counsellor

Are you experiencing a mental health crisis?
