As a direct result of our Big Brew campaign, we are proud to support members of the UK construction industry and their immediate families who are struggling with their mental health and wellbeing.

Counselling and wellbeing services

Our new Volunteer Assistance Programme has been designed to help people who find themselves struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, relationship and marital problems or financial issues.

Counselling

You can access counselling and associated services including:

  • Legal information, financial information, consumer information, career guidance, life coaching, mediation, health information, cancer support, autism support, elderly care support and parent coaching.

Wellbeing

You can access lots of help and advice to improve your wellbeing including:

  • Nutrition, fitness, general health, specific areas such as heart health, sleep strategies and the psychology of behavioural change.

The Construction Industry Text Support Line

New to our wellbeing service in 2022, we are proud to support members of the UK Construction sector by providing a free 24-hour text service offering support and guideance from a trained counsellor

Are you experiencing a mental health crisis?
